Crossreactivity

Bovine IgG ELISA kit cross   reactivity was tested with the following animal sera (IgG) at dilutions of   1:10k: Significant crossreactivity was observed with Rabbit (2.2%) serum IgG.   Human, Rat, Mouse, Goat, Sheep, PIG, FBS, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Monkey, and   Chicken serum IgG had less than 1% crossreactivity
