CF 染料是由 Biotium 公司科研人员开发的一组吸收和发射波长在 650 800nm 之间的荧光染 料。近红外 CF 染料是为蛋白标记开发的,荧光强度远比其他相似波长的商业化染料更高, 同时也更稳定。

亮度: CF染料在亮度上达到或者超过Alexa FluorCy 等其它商业化的染料。

光稳定性: CF染料的光稳定性在同类染料中。

特异性和体内稳定性:CF标记的抗体具有高度的特异性,同时还能延长抗体在体内成像时的半衰期.

pH值不敏感: CF染料在很宽的pH值范围内都能维持高亮度的荧光.

溶解性: CF染料在水以及各种有机溶剂中有高度的溶解性。

兼容性:CF染料的光谱特性和其他商业化的染料相似,兼容常见的激发光源和现有的各种滤片.

多种颜色可供选择: CF系列染料包括了从紫外到近红外的多种颜色的染料可供选择。
